Steve,
We regret for the inconvenience. To fix this issue, we suggest you to restart the computer in safe mode with networking http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode. Before restarting the computer, make sure to unplug all the USB cables (eg: Printer, Scanner, HDD) then try to reboot the computer and try pressing “Esc” or “F8” key to check whether it skips to boot screen.
If the computer booted into safe mode, please uninstall AVG from safe mode and check if that fix this error.Thank you.
recently my pc stated having issues, first I noticed that my docking station no longer worked, I got some stupid software violation. then my pc, upon boot up went through stages of
PHASE 0 - starting watch dog initialization - loading configuration( root kernel, set up) - pre initialization events - creating watch dog dynamic key list - sub systems initialization - finished
Phase 1: - Initialize Components- starting reactor- starting components- starting internal subsystems
Phase 1: - Initialize Components- starting reactor- starting components- starting internal subsystems
- starting command channels- Srm start actions- starting external subsystems- finished
but I could get past that by rebooting (a few times). it has now been two weeks of constant rebooting and I cannot get past this watchdog crap! I found suggestions to remove 3rd party antivirus software, I can't do that because I cannot boot my pc. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I'm a nontech person!
