Missing activation code

I bought AVG Ultimate on the 8th August and received an e-mail confirming and with a license number.

Although, on my account I don't see any subscriptions, and wherever I try to insert my license number it says the activation code is invalid.
What am I missing? I tried to retrieve the code, it still gives me the one that says it is incorrect.
