Do you get as "Description: Event exec finished" error along with this error code 0xC0070643?
For this MSVCP110.dll error we request you to download this Microsoft tool https://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU_4/vcredist_x64.exe and install it.
Also use our AVG remover tool http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

Using Windows 10. Upon starting up my PC I saw the message that program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing. So I went into apps and tried to repair and even uninstall and get error code 0xC0070643.
Their chat on support just says loading. Any solutions out their?
