Missing rtl120.bpl

Hi Dan,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

I recently upgraded to the new AVG Ultimate 2015 but encountered a message saying I'm missing rtl120.bpl.  I tried to reinstalled the program as suggested but the same message keeps popping up.  How do I fix this problem?
