By email 28 march 2018 you liked to inform me that the refund of my order (Ref. No. xxxxxxxxxxxxx) for AVG Internet Security Unlimited has been started.
You sent me a creditnota Eur.19,99 by Digital River and ask me for conformation of my bank details for processing the refund request.
I am disappointed that the refunded amount did NOT yet reached my account on 11 may.and you speak about not take more than 7 business days.
What's the problem ? Please help.
