I have had money taken from my account. I have no idea what the product is the amount is £69.99.
I have tried several times today to contact the support centre, I was promised help but all I was sent was a generic email with lengthy instructions. They are no good to me asi did not order anything and have no idea what it is for.
How do I get my money back?
