Most Recent TuneUp 2015 Update Failure

I'd like to see the answer posted, as I am having this problem as well, and chat connection does not seem to be working. I am still waiting 30 minutes now for a connection.

I downloaded and tried to install the latest update (twice).  Each time, the install fails and says that my files may have been changed.  I got onto a chat with one of the AVG reps, he instituted a system scan, which was to compile a dossier of my system's characteristics.  Then, the file was to be uploaded to AVG for analysis.  So far, the SysInfo transmittal has been churning for over two hours.  I think it may be hung (don't you know).  By way of background, I have not messed with any AVG/TuneUp files, the only "changing" that could have occurred is from AVG updates.  Anyone's assistance on how to install the latest update is appreciated.

David, Just done a trial fill-in on (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) & both Chat / Phone are working.
