MS office Word conflict

Thanks for your reply,
Well, I have reactivated ms office for startup again. Restarted the computer and now it works fine.

Sorry for my late answer, but the problem is still there.

Hello Arja,

- Open AVG PC TuneUp
- Select "Rescue Center" on the bottom right of AVG PC TuneUp interface.

We are sorry to hear this, Arja. Could you please confirm us whether after restoring the changes you are facing the same issue?

I didn't give up! I uninstalled tuneup, did a scan with ccleaner, restarted the computer, and installed tuneup again. Then I tested if i  could open a word/excel doc which I could. The next step was to deactivate this item again in tuneup deactivator, restart the computer and I was able to open the file!
I let this sit for a week without deactivating other items and then I handled the other ones. And it seems to work so far!
Anyway, thanks for your help!

Hi,
I am making use of the programdeactivator feature from PC-Tuneup and have microsoft office disabled until needed and shutting down when ending the program. (for example, I start Word, tuneup tells me it has started until i shutdown Word again.)

This all works pretty nice, until I wanted to open a pdf file with Word -which is possible nowadays-.

Then Tuneup gets confused and pop's up with "insufficient quota available to process this command": When I close that screen, Office reacts with "An error has occurred…" and it doesn't open anything.

How do I solve this?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
yes I have restored all the changes and restarted the computer. The problem is exactly the same.

Yes I did and restarted the computer. The problem still remains.

Arja, could you please confirm whether you have tried the restore option?

Well, it is not really fixed, more a workaround. It means that I cannot deactivate MS Office from startingup which gives a fair amount of delaytime.
Any other suggestions?
