A recent update to AVG Internet Security has blocked MS Outlook sending/receiving. If I disable AVG IS, Outlook behaves normally; when IS is enabled, all sending/receiving by Outlook is blocked. It does NOT affect the Windows 10 email app. I have tried disabling self-protection (per 2019 MS Outlook blocked issue), but it has no effect. Everything was normal until 7 January, so the update must have been between 7 Jan and this week.
Anyone else seeing this behavior or have any workarounds?
