Since I updated my AVG software I have had problems with Gmail which I use through Microsoft Outlook. I have other email accounts there (they still work just fine) so it is the best programme for me. Is there something within AVG that might be causing the problem? My email works fine on all of my other devices.

Also, let us know whether other email accounts are added on the same computer & you're able to access them without any issues.
