Hi. I am using Zen as my provider. Since last weekend I can't send messages as the Outbox just comes up with error message:
Task 'my email' - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC69) : ' The server responded: 550 We don't want any email from you. Goodbye.'
Zen tech support saying other people are complaining about AVG IP address and blocking.outgoing messages.
Any help would be great.
Hi Rakshith. Just tested on my email by sending a test email to myself and it is working!!! Hurray. I notice it was working at 16.09 as I had another test email in my Outbox not sending earlier. So something has fallen into place. Thanks for your help.
