Computer has bogged down badly and some apps, such as Skype, are no longer functional. I was on the phone with Microsoft Service for a couple of hours last night. The Rep said that AVG is causing multiple issues including "disturbing some of the computer files" and "decreasing paging size of RAM." He uninstalled and reinstalled Skype, but the problems continued, He recommended getting rid of AVG and either goingback to Norton or purchasing MS Security/Anti-virus/Malware software.
Also… on a separate issue, I believe we purchased AVG twice and would like to verify and correct this.
