Much trouble with secure VPN on laptop

Each time VPN attempted to connect, my CenturyLink Internet went down.  Also, an "Unidentified Internet Access" showed up on my Internet Access Icon.  A more horrible thing is this, I was blacklisted.  MY IP address was stated as "IP Listed in q Spam Database."  I could not send emails at all as it came back as "blacklisted."  How do I know that VPN was the cause of these problems?  I removed it from my computer to see if my Internet would stay on, and low and behold, the Internet stayed on, the Unidentified Internet Access was deleted and I can now send emails without the "blacklisted" coming up. Has anyone experienced any of these problems, and how can I contact AVG about this problem?

This seems that the issue is not with our VPN product.
Could you contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and check whether are blocking the VPN access?
