Hi Ralph,
We will help you with the subscription.
We acknowledge your refund request. However, we can also cancel the 2 AVG TuneUp single device subscriptions and extend the validity of the AVG TuneUp Multi-device subscription instead of refund.
Please let us know how to proceed with the subscriptions.
I have been a customer of AVG since 2001. Over the years, I have been through multiple computers as has my wife and, reviewing my accounts, today, I seem to be paying for three active AVG Tune Up accounts. One is a multi-device account which renewed, automatically this September, The second is for a single device which renewed, automatically, this month, and the third account is for a single device which renewed, automatically, in November.
My wife passed away three years ago and her previously covered PC is no longer in service. Obviously, I don't need coverage for it. And if the multi-device license really does cover my desktop computer, a new desktop computer, my phone, my tablet and my lap-top, then I see no need for a second single device account.
What I would like to do is retain the multi-device account, get rid of the other two single device accounts, and, if possible have some refund from those two accounts applied to the multi-device account. How would all this be possible?
