We'll certainly clarify this.
Could you take a screenshot of your task manager showing the multiple processes?

i get this every time i get a big windoes update and i just uninstall avg not repair restart then install evey clams down to o% on all of them but you will get some things moveing and should clam down to 0% again and so on the avg sss allways goes mad after windoes updates

Hi Mark,

It is possible that new Windows update might conflict with AVG, but not everytime.

If you are experiencing any issue regarding AVG, please reach out to us in a separate post.

I'd like to confirm that this is usual behavior in the latest version AVG.
Each AVG process running is associated with different AVG service. You can verify that by right clicking each process and selecting 'Go to details'.
