Multiple AVG programs paid for and Why?

Multiple AVG programs downloaded but I only wanted one for my laptop and cell phone. Now AVG deducted a lot of money for new subscription because they say the trail expired without giving me a chance to decline the offer, and I bought the unlimited one. Please help.
