Multiple email asccounts

I run AVG Internet Security. I have recently reinstalled because I installed Windows 10. I run Microsoft Office Professional 2015.  I currently have two email accounts in Microsoft Outlook. At times this can go up to 4 separate mail accounts.

AVG Internet Security is only checking one of these accounts (gmail and personal account) for spam. My business account is flooded with spam.  I have to individually block each of the spam emails every day.

Why is AVG Internet Security noty blocking spam on asll email accounts?
