My husband, who has had a debilitating stroke, uses AVG for his personal computer. AVG kept sending notices for renewals, and he kept clicking. As a result, he wound up with AVG protection for one device, another subscription for five devices, and yet another for ten devices. Since January 2020 AVG has billed my credit card more than $200 in renewal subscription fees. The AVG website does NOT make it easy to get a refund. Any suggestions? Like I said, he has suffered a major stroke that affects his memory and decision-making skills.
