Multiple subscriptions

I have had multiple computers and now have multiple subscriptions. 

I tried to use Live Chat today.... and nothing happened... just the lovely spinning wait screen
I tried to call someone .... and no answer. (held for an Hour)

Can someone email me or call me?

I'd like to get a handle on the subscriptions PRIOR to renewal.  I'm already getting "renew early for discount" messages.
