Multiple subscriptions

I have an AVS Ultimate subscription - that needs a credit card updated.  But when I logged in, I see we have two other subcriptions that all renew at different times, same coverage in the Ultimate… I need to cancel these, but when I try to reach someone via the chat box, it closes out of me.  I am not comfortable putting my credit card back in there until I know we can get the others closed and since I have paid for them through April 24 or September 25, it would be nice to know if some of that credit can be applied to the Ultimate subscription.
