Multiple Subscriptions?

I seem to have had three different subscriptions due at 3 different dates.  I did not wish to cancel my subscription for my laptop.and two phones but only want to pay ONE subscription for a year for 3 devices.  Can you advise me how to continue with AVG as I have for many years with only one subscription… The next payment is due 15 th September but what for???
