Hi David,
We understand your concern.
Upon checking your account, we could see that you had been charged for the renewal of AVG Internet Security on Nov 13, 2019. It is valid till Nov 27, 2020.
This product is under the email address"jew****@uwclub.net"
You don't have any subscription other than this.
Do you find the multiple subscription under your AVG MyAccount? If so, we have sent you an email please share us the screenshot of the AVG MyAccount by replying back to the email.
I was checking my AVG account to view the payments made in an effort to identify the reason for £49.99 being taken from my bank account on 14 November 2019 by Digital River, Ireland. I understand that Digital River accepts any payments made to AVG. So far, so good.
However, I was surprised to see a notification that my account had multiple subscriptions. Both subscriptions expire on the same day next year, on 27 November 2020, and both are declared as being for 'AVG internet Security'. One is declared as being active and contains an eighteen digit product number starting with EH7Y4H. The other subscription is not declared active and therefore is presumably inactive.
Is the fee for a single subscription to Internet Security £49.99 or have I been charged for more than one subscription? I only need one license as I have only one computer.
David
