Multiple Threat Secured Messages

I am receiving multiple "Threat Secured" messages, which keep coming even after I delete the quarantine.

Virus: Other:Malware-gen [Trj]
Path : Incoming email 'WebFiling Authentication Code ' From: "WebFiling" <web-filing@companiesshouse.co.uk>, To: <pgibson@istar.ca>\AuthenticationCode-3139821.doc#574606993

I can start in safemode, but how do I remove all the files and folder associated with this application, which, according to other posts, is the procedure that resolves the problem?

We're here to help. It seems the detection is in an email from web-filing@companiesshouse.co.uk. If you are using an email client, please download all emails to your computer and delete the email from that sender.
