My account 2015 does not exist in my profile and also no product available

I have the same problem as cornelis, except mine will only scan to 60% and it quits. Can't reach customer support by phone after holding for 55 minutes. Does AVG just take payment without service? 

I bought AVG 2015 in dec 2014 and after installation the product does not show on my account nor does the product exist in my profile. however, the protection works but cannot see the relevant info in account. how to solve/
