I have a two year subscription for AVG Security for 2 computers. It is working on my PC but not on my laptop. I also have a two year subscription for PC TuneUp which is working on the PC but not on the laptop. None of these products show up on My Account. I recently asked you to merger the two email addresses I have used so the licences should have been merged to maureenlyster6@gmail.com but this has not happened and I cannot use my laptop because it has no protection. I tried to uninstall/reinstall on the laptop but it will not let me. Could you please advise how this can be fixed?
