Upon checking your previous case record, I understand that you've purchased AVG BreachGuard and not received the order confirmation mail and activation code from AVG. We've escalated your case to our senior team, they will get back to you by email soon.
Also, I noticed that you have bought duplicate subscriptions for the same product(AVG Secure VPN). Please let us know if you wish to merge the duplicate products, so the remaining validity period will be added accordingly.

I recently bought and payed! BreachGuard however, I did not get any response from AGV.
Only references to AGV VPN.
The helpdesk gave not adequate answers.
So. Or I want an answer on my questions or I want my money back.
Up till now I was very happy with the AGV support, but not anymore!
