My Account does not show my recent renewal

I understand how something like this can really try your patience.
Upon carefully reviewing your account, I see that you have renewed AVG Internet Security on 2015.12.20 and it expires on 2017.12.20.  Also I see that there is AVG Myaccount created using this email id. Please be informed that if you have created AVG Myaccount today it will take 24 hours to get it reflected in your account.

At the expiry of my earlier license, I renewed AVG Internet Security.  But when I log on to My Account, it tells me that my license has expired and that I am now downgraded to AVG Protection Free and asks me to upgrade to AVG Protection Pro.

How do I get the My Account page to acknowledge the recent renewal done?
