Whenever I try to login to my account, I get sent to several pages and ultimately can't get in. I try to say I forgot my password and it still does the same thing. What's the secret???

Since I just subscribed to AVG yesterday, I may have not in the system yet. I have since tried and was successful in my log in. Thanks for your quick response…JD
