We regret for the inconvenience caused. If you have installed AVG AntiVirus on your phone. and you have enabled Anti-Theft service It if you change the SIM card. this device will automatically be locked To unlock the device, it needs to use your Anti-Theft password.
If you have forgotten Anti-Theft password. then please follow these steps on the article http://avgread.me/1WvQqze . Do not remove your device from the Remote Management at avgmobilation, Removing the device will keep it locked. Also device must be connected to a known network Use your AVG MyAccount or Google Account.

within a blink of an eye my phone locked…in my own hands… then asked for pin i used all the pins i know of … none worked of course and i am begaining to think it was a keyloging hackjob … when i follow AVG Step by step retrieval of pin with a suposed ///////////////'link' in it that wouls lead me to [RESET PIN] and why? becauase "MY PIN" that is automated sent to my email from phone is a 5 LETTER PIN not a 4 DIGIT PIN like the one this avg antivirus for android is asking me for , i am a paid subcriber to avgpro and cleaner for android phone … i dont want to wipe my phone please help me re-enter it
