I signed into my account on the AVG website and found everything is gone, even my name. All of my purchasing history, my subscriptions codes and products are nowhere to be found on my account. The strange thing is the AVG Internet Security works fine and says I have 173 days left on my service. I had Tuneup but it has stopped and will not update. I have gotten no e-mails from AVG. What possibly could be the problem?
