My AVG Driver updater has made my computer worse

My apologies for any inconvenience caused. In this case, I  request you to restore the AVG Driver Updater changes (Open AVG Driver Updater and click Restore).
Regarding automatic updates: You can open AVG Driver Updater > Options to set various options regarding behavior of the product, backup/restore options, update of AVG Driver Updater and schedule.

I bought the Driver updater for two of my computers. My older Windows 7 laptop apparently had a lot of out dated drivers. I downloaded all the driver updates and now my computer's sound doesn't work more than half of the time. also, the driver updater keeps popping up even though I tried to shut down automatic updates. I've tried to improve my computer through AVG but their products haven't helped. Any advice?
