I have the same problem started on October 29, 2016. This solution of a repair did not fix it.

the avg icon on my button right task bar XP PRO  will not let me right click
& all my others are working fine I have re installed avg.& still no right click???
& I re install pack 3 so now I am lost! can any one help me PLEASE! alisa
