My AVG Internet Security was fully protected

Hi Stanley,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Your AVG Ultimate Multi-Device does include AVG TuneUp program.
If the tuneup program is not activated, then you will get purchase option to buy the product while resolving performance issues.
Please refer this article and check whether your AVG TuneUp program is activated.
We also request you to refer this article and perform program update for AVG Internet Security.
Once it is done, restart the computer and check the status with AVG firewall.
To be sure, are you seeing 'Hacker attacks' component disabled on AVG Internet Security?

My AVG subscriptions were fully protected and active which included the following :
AVG Internet Security (Active) Expires June 21, 2022
AVG Tuneup (Active) Expires June 21, 2022
AVG Secure VPN, AVG Password Protection, AVG AntiTrack (All Active) Expires June 21, 2022

I noted there is one Notification showing up, and I checked what was it, and I ran a complete check on Browser threats, viruses & other malware, Advance issues, and it seems the notification was referring to my PC with some Performance issues found, so I press the Resolve All button to resolve.

There came the GET AVG TUNEUP TO RESOLVE YOUR PC ISSUES present to me immediately, with a subscription option for 1 device or 10 devices with monthly or yearly billing for resolving my PC issue.

There is no cancel button but instead a continue button to proceed, but why am I getting this kind of up-sale on my PC whereas I am already covered on my current subscription which included AVG TuneUp? This is only pushing another unwarranted billing onto my account to confuse things.

This kind of malpractice doesn't happen just once in which I had a complaint about because it had billed me before on double protection which pushing my account to pay twice for the same kind of cover I already had been paying on my subscription. It had been wasting my time pursuing my double subscriptions push onto my payment cancel and rectified.

I was covered under AVG Ultimate, and still getting AVG Free subscription push into my subscription, why is that so confusing and was unprofessional to do this to your customer?

I have my AVG Internet Security under my current active subscription, and I want my account to be in order, not having any confusions, please take out the AVG Free Edition from my account in which no need for it to be there, also stop sending double subscriptions onto my PC for billing unnecessarily.

I would like to ask for one thing though, it seems the Window Security Firewall can override the AVG Firewall? I noted my AVG Firewall was being turned off without my consent, so someone seems to be able to do things remotely without my notice or permission on my PC, which means am I getting my full protection from being hacked and protected by the AVG Anti-Virus software I am using?

Please get back to me for the above query with some answer and will be very much appreciated.

Regards,
Stanley Wong
