My AVG not resolving my issues after I have paid for the subscription

Hi there,
I just recently paid for an AVG account and received the subscription code and all. But when I scanned my PC, they said I have some performance issues but when I click resolve, they asked me to pay for a subscription again even though I have already paid for one recently… How do I resolve this???

You have an active subscription of AVG Internet security multi-device valid till August 11, 2020. This is to prevent your device from emerging threats and malware attacks. However, to increase the performance of your device, AVG TuneUp is required. It looks like you're getting campaign message to purchase this product. To confirm this, can you share the screenshot of the window requesting you to purchase?
