I'm sorry to hear about this, however I see that you have AVG Password protection (1 year subscription) expires on 7/23/2018. May I know what is the exact issue you're experiencing with AVG password protection on your computer and if possible please share a screenshot of the AVG Zen (AVG dashboard), AVG password protection user interface to assist you further.
