Josh, Activating AVG Protection doesn't require a key. Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/ActivateZen).

Hi,

I have subscribed to an AVG pro account for about 3 years now and my subscription runs out March 2016 however since installing windows 10 and reinstalling AVG it hasn't recognised I have a pro subscription and I keep getting notifications that it has expired and that i'm using the free protection. How can I fix this? I was able to put in my product key for my AVG tune up subscription but there is no simple option for AVG zen or whatever you want to call it.

Don't know if you can attach more than 1 link but the first link is a picture of my account and it confirming I have the subscription, the 2nd link is to AVG telling me to get a pro subscription.

I was already connected but apparently by disconnecting from the network and then reconnecting it has worked

May I know for which AVG program you have bought the subscription?
Do you mean that the license number is not recognized?
