Please clarify whether Big Sur is the OS on your MAC.
If so, follow the steps in this article to configure the required settings to make AVG work properly.

My ACG protection has ceased since the upgrade of Ois on my Mac. They did advise me briefly that this would be a problem and i alerted AVG support but got no assistance. Need advice urgently please.
