My AVG secure browser does not open up

Please disable AVG Internet Security tempoararily once & check if it allows you to open AVG Secure browser.

AVG Browser does not open. I restored the computer to an earlier date 5 days ago, when it was working, and it will not even open. The reason I restored to 5 days earlier was because I was not able to get sound on videos from certain sites. 
Any ideas?
