My AVG software was purchased on another computer with another password

My AVG software was purchased for me on another computer with another e-mail but was installed properly on my computer.  Now AVG keeps sending the other e-mail notices on how to activate my license which I have already done.

Any suggestsions since I can't get to AVG techs for help.
