My creditcard was used for an AVG online payment. But not by me. How can I reverse this?

Dear AVG,

Our creditcard is been used be some one to buy AVG products. We did not order anything at AVG, So we have become a victum of fraude. How can we arrange a refund? Please contact me as soon as possible.
