My dublicate finder will not delete double copies

Sorry to hear about that. We would like to inform you that C drive will contain some critical operating system files which should not be deleted. You might have tried to delete such a file and received that error message. Please ignore the operating system files and delete any personal duplicate files. Thank you.

i have avg tune up on windows 10 but i am the adminstrator to my laptop but when i run a window c drive for duplicates it will not delete the duplicates it tells me that i don't have permission to delete what can i do
