My email scanner is stopping according to the main board

Thanks Alan that's exactly what I did and I am pleased to say it has resolved the issue

According to the main AVG board it is telling me that my email scanner is stopping, I have viewed all the details, and have gone into settings and have disabled all of them, I have re enabled them, and I have clicked apply and ok, has not made an iota of difference I still have got the warning message, I have tried temporarily disabling AVG in the hope that might sort out the issue, it hasn't.  I don't know what else to do, my emails are sending ok and they are coming in ok- I have set it to ignore the warning message but as it's never come up before I would like to know how to sort it
