Hi
On the 10th September I was charged by Paypal ( Invoice id; 703-0868103) to renew membership for another year and a few weeks later I was asked for a code/Key number to activate the renewal. I was not able to supply the code by the due date because I was overseas and didn't have access to the code. I now have been told that my membership has elapsed and I can't renew it without paying for a new membership, however I have already been charged for the renewal. Can you please reactivate the code/Key number so I can extend my membership?
