We see that you have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited until 2019. Have you activated this purchase? Please open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> check its expiry date. If it listed a invalid date, choose log out and log back in to reactivate.

I took out an annual subscription with AVG through you on the 19th February, but I am still being asked by AVG to renew! On your original email (I asked a question to your email address and it was returned "not known"?) it informed me what to do but I got nowhere.
The original email said to open AVG" but as it was not highlighted I couldn't open it.
Will you help please because I'm now fed-up with AVG sending me messages that I am not covered?
