My paid copy is due for expiry on 10.04.2018. Why it is shown as trial copy and to expire by another

My paid copy of Internet security is due for expiry on 10.04.2019.  Why it is shown as trial copy and to expire by another 17 days?

I do not understand what do you want to say. If I do not get instant response from your support site , do you mean to say that I should wait indefinitely.? I do not find any valid reason for your such comment. You meant to say that customer has sufficient time and they can send n number of time requests for your blessed response at your mercy…
