My Pay Pal account is now unavailable since installing AVG

Could you please let us know whether you have the VPN turned on?
If you have the VPN to be on, please check to switch off the VPN and check the payments.

I tried to place an order on Ebay. When I went to pay with my Pay Pal account I could not pay and would not let me in \to Pay Pal !!  How do I use Pay Pal ?
