Are you referring to AVG Anti-Theft pin or the app lock feature pin? Could you share an image of your Android device's screen where is asks for a pin?

I forgot my pin,I can't do anything with my phone,I was changing my pattern of applock and taking a screenshot of the pattern and this happened,nothing works now and I can't remember the pin at all,please help me anyone

Thanks for replying :heart:,i don't know anything,but i used some pins and after loading for 1hour or something my phone just unlocked!I am literally in shock now,i aren't understanding of anything 
but by the way, thanks for replying, I'm really grateful,i don't know how or why I'm grateful,but really thanks man
