Same problem i justb want to unlock phone and delete the shit app off my phone

no i mean if i made formatting to my phone -factory reset-

is this enough to solve this problem 

and return opened without anti theft massege ?

my phone is samsung galaxy s6 edge + 

i installed avg anti theft and when my phone is updated to marshemello , i made restart then amassege appeared that enter unlock password 

i try more and more but i cant enter to my avg account 

i feel that the avg is deleted when the phone update or my products deleted from avg account site

please give me any solve fot this issue 

To which software you are actually referring to?
Do you mean the complete factory reset of your mobile?
