My phone was stolen I can not log into my anti theft to track it

My phone was stolen in a break in I loggee into the avg site used the anti theft to track it would not find the device after the 4 minute search. Must be off no worries I tried a bunch of times. Then I had to log in again it logs into my account but when I go to fullsite log in to anti theft option it has me log in again and is now saying log in or password are wrong I changed them I tried again same thing. Again I log into my account but when I log in to anti theft wrong pass. I tried to log in with Google but that says no phones listed and says log out. I am not loseing my mind, yesterday i loged in it said sm something on the drop down bar it had 4 options to search wipe siren and something else . I really need to get back in to that feature so I can keep trying to search.the phone does not matter , but it has all my daughters photos and memories from birth. If any one can help I would appreciate it. I was on the phone with avg their is not s department to help so I'll take any advice.
