My RoBoForm is saying i need to upgrade

Thank you guys I went to the website that you gave me.  And it did upgrade my program and that is what the problem was. it needed to be upgraded to the new versiion.

What is current status, were you able to solve it or do you still need our assistance?
I checked your account and see that you have 2 RoBoForm for unlimited devices, 2 Internet Security and 1 AntiVirus. Do you use them all?

My RoboForm is saying that I need to up date my free trial is over.  I purchased the full version at 20.00 for each computer.  And now it does not know me or show in of my subscribtions that I had purchased from them here in the last 3 month for both computers. AVG used to be user friendly and now it is not my liking anymore.  Unless they can get this fixed for me.  I love their products and usually have no issues and if I did they got to right away for me.
